The publisher of the journal is Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics (KhNURE) that is one of the leading universities of Ukraine, unique, different from the other ones on the educational programs, having high academic rating in Ukraine and well-known abroad. It is focused on the field of radio and communication, automated control, computer engineering, computer science, and has a significant scientific and technical potential.

There are several well known scientific schools in KhNURE, which currently unite almost all the priority research areas of high school and are the basis for the preparation of highly qualified specialists (Doctor of Science and PhD). There are specialized boards for the defense of doctoral and PhD theses. The important theoretical and practical results of scientific research are available in all departments.
