The deadline for submission of final papers is August 1, 2009. Camera-ready paper and copyright release form (see link to "copyright form" below) need to arrive at the Conference Office by that date. The paper should be less or equal 4 pages. A format sheet with the margins and placement guides is available below as a Word file and PDF file.

The final papers should be formatted according to IEEE Computer Society Proceedings Manuscript Formatting Guidelines (see link to "formatting instructions" below).
